Fill Your Pail is our wellbeing model to support you to think about the areas of your life that require focus . There has never been a more important time to focus on wellbeing and self-care than right now and this is our take on it. The idea is for you to have a tool that will help you assess which elements of your life need attention to enable you to be fulfilled, healthy and grounded.
To get started…take a look at the 6 areas above in our very own pail diagram. We like to add in an extra one for good measure – FUN. Rate each area on a scale of 1-10 how effective you are in each of these areas currently. Look at the highest rating and how can you do more of this? Then look to the lowest score and consider how you can take one positive step in this area.

Now share your plans with someone, share the model with someone else too and it might just help them.
