We are currently developing a model called Fill Your Pail. There has never been a more important time to focus on wellbeing and self-care and this is our take on it. The idea is for you to have a tool that will help you assess which elements of your life need attention to enable you to be fulfilled, healthy and happy.
To get started…take a look at the 6 areas above in our very own pail diagram. We like to add in an extra one for good measure – FUN. Rate each area on a scale of 1-10 how effective you are in each of these areas currently. Look at the highest rating and how can you do more of this? Then look to the lowest score and consider how you can take one positive step in this area.
